What a week. 🌟

Iceland Innovation Week brought the world to Reykjavik once again. Investors, founders, and innovators in the same room, asking the same question: what can we build next?

With my Havdis hat on, I had the pleasure of joining The Blue Table "Future of Fish" lunch, hosted at the Iceland Ocean Cluster. An intimate
afternoon with blue economy investors, startups, and thought leaders over
locally farmed Arctic char.

Then straight upstairs to the Blue Open House, where Havdis got to share what we have been building with a wider crowd. The interest in cod-derived PDRN and what the ocean can offer beyond the dinner plate was genuinely encouraging.

Weeks like this are a reminder of why this work matters. Wearing my hats at both Iceland Ocean Cluster and Havdis, it is a privilege to sit at the intersection of blue economy innovation and marine biotech, and to see how much momentum is building in this space. 🌊
