These terms apply to your use of havdis.no (“the website”), run by Havdis AS, org. no. 935 865 360, Thormøhlens gate 51, 5006 Bergen, Norway. By using the website, you accept these terms.

1. What the website is for

The website gives general information about Havdis, our marine PDRN ingredient, our process, and related science and industry news. It is aimed at businesses in the cosmetic and skincare industry. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell: prices, specifications, availability and terms of supply are agreed only in a written quote or contract.

2. Not medical or regulatory advice

Our ingredient is intended for cosmetic use. Information on the website, including articles in Science and News, is general information for professionals. It is not medical advice, and it is not a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any disease. If you use our ingredient in a finished product, you are responsible for your own product’s safety assessment, claims and regulatory compliance.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Product data on the website is indicative; the binding specification for a batch is the one in its certificate of analysis and in your agreement with us. News articles summarise and link to third-party sources, and we are not responsible for the content of those sources. Some articles are prepared with the help of AI tools and are reviewed by our team before publication.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, images, illustrations, logos, the Havdis name and the design of the website belong to Havdis or our licensors. You may view the website, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with a clear reference and a link to the source. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems
• disrupt or overload the website, or use the contact form to send spam

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett) as the agreed venue.
