Busy days for Havdis at Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL)'s Sustainability Week.

Our CEO Andreas Lyhammer joined founders night to share reflections from our journey building Havdis, and took part in a panel on how different organizations approach sustainability. Sustainable development has to make economic sense, and real impact comes from sustainability and economics moving in the same direction. 💡

The following day, Andreas Lyhammer with one of our strategic advisors, Torleif Markussen Lunde joined a full-day workshop by HVL Skape with a bachelor class focused on
#100percentfish utilization. It was great to see students quickly grasp the potential in what the industry typically calls by-products. They closed the day as part of a pitching competition jury.

We are looking forward to continuing our work with Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL) and the community they are building around sustainable food and bioeconomy.
